Oishi Sauces recently introduced 4 additional sauces, bringing the total to 7 products in their brand portfolio. However, consumers did not readily associate their brand with sauces or cooking. Their objectives were to increase brand awareness, encourage trial usage, and educate consumers about the usage of all seven sauces.
STRATEGY & IDEA :
We've identified a market opportunity for OISHI Sauce in the cooking table sauce segment. This allows us to enhance the brand by offering a variety of Japanese sauces, capitalizing on the trend of consumers learning from social media and cooking primarily for themselves.
Our key insight is that this generation values food exploration, diversity in tastes, and convenience. Leveraging our expertise in the Japanese food industry, we aim to simplify the dining lifestyle for this new generation, emphasizing professionalism and authenticity with the message “Fast track to master like a chef ทางลัดสู่ความอร่อยได้เหมือนเชฟ”. To amplify this, we'll collaborate with KOLs in five categories: food gurus, travel enthusiasts, foodies, and promotions.
