True Gs Co.Ltd, was facing the pain point that they have wide range of product and each of the products have different name. This led to the problem on brand awareness where end-users did not recognize who was the owner of these products.
As a consequence, Mcfiva proposed the solution to labe the product with 1 single brand instead. We began with the revisit in the range of product True GS had in their portfolio and mapping their product with the main target audience of the brand. From our analysis the key users for True GS was Mass & Upcountry audience, therefore, the design should be simplified and easily interpreted by the mass audience together with the value that targeted audience will understand the value of our brand. As a result, we proposed the idea of “LERCA” (Precious in English) to market the product as well as creating crown design to illustrate those value.
