BACKGROUND :

The Government Housing Bank is actively seeking to foster retention on the LINE Official Account GH Bank in order to address concerns such as block rate and diminishing friend count.

STRATEGY :

MCFIVA has devised a customer relationship maintenance program between the bank and its clientele, wherein a weekly prize quiz activity is organized. Participants earn points with each participation, accumulating them for a chance to contend for a grand prize awarded at the culmination of each month.

RESULT :

A total of 110,887 users actively participated in the activity, and the monthly activity engagement consistently surpassed 3,000 users.
