BACKGROUND :

The seminar aims to drive digital transformation in CPF and inspires participants to adopt innovative technologies, enhance their efficiency and effectiveness, and achieve better business results by providing an overview of the current technology landscape and interesting use cases.

STRATEGY :

We've developed a 3-session program :

1. X-plore : “Explore” An inspirational talk on why digital transformation matters, exploring CPF's strategy and direction.

2. X-perience : “Experience” An explanation of workshop guidelines from internal executives, encouraging participants to explore technology use cases for process innovation that can enable the process innovation improvement.

3. X-potential : “Exponential” An immersive, hands-on workshop on digital and technology innovation, led by experts and practitioners. Participants will also visit showcases to explore technology use cases for process innovation.
